Last year, thousands of people were sad to see the christian music festival Parachute crash with no hope of revival. Parachute made this announcement right after the final festival. The attendees were none the wiser. No one had a chance to buy tickets to the final festival. It was done.
In it’s leave, two opportunistic event planners stepped up to take their place. However these festivals didn’t set out to cooperate and share good christian music. Not even close. These two festivals wanted to replace Parachute as the world’s largest Christian music festival outside of the U.S. So they both announced they were on the same weekend.
